Terms of delivery

Mentioned prices are exclusive of VAT. Send glasses without glasses. Disassembling the lenses is not at the risk of Eye To Eye. We take the greatest care in your repair and grinding orders. Should there nevertheless be a comment, you must report it within 7 days of receipt. Please DO NOT send in any (for the repair) unnecessary parts. You should also stick small parts to the order form to prevent loss of small pieces. Eye To Eye is not responsible for any damage or loss of such parts. Adjustments to frames such as milling away fixed nose pads, etc. are at your own risk. Our repairs have a warranty period of 3 months.

It is important that you pay attention to the following points in order to be able to handle your grinding orders in a good and smooth manner. The correct length of screws and/or plastic bushings must be supplied with glass spectacles. Order forms must be completed in full, otherwise the order will be delayed. Only fill in the PD that needs to be ground!!! With regrinds, the lenses must be removed from the old frame by the optician. With existing frames, Eye To Eye Optics Service is not liable for any breakage of the frame. The following glass types are suitable for glass spectacles: 1.6 and 1.67. We grind all other glass types, but then the possible breakage risk is NOT with us.

Own risk:

- Mineral glasses

- Photochromic or colored lenses in glass or nylon goggles

- Insufficient edge thickness for glass and nylon goggles

- Buffalo horn frames

- Grinding 1.5 and 1.74 index

- Polishing plastic frames

Glasses must be delivered in a hard case that fits the assembled glasses in its entirety, in order to prevent breakage during transport. If this is not done, Eye To Eye Optics Service is NOT liable. Hi-index glasses are difficult to polish, we are not responsible for the result.

In case of any warranty, please quote the old order number and reference.

Sending the glasses or other repairs is not at the risk of Eye To Eye.

We return all orders in the same way as we have received them from you (mail, Distroptiek, insured). If you wish that your order has to be returned via a parcel service, you must clearly state this in the comments. Payments must be made within 15 days of receipt of invoice.

Available by phone: Tues to Fri 09:00 - 12:00 and 13:30-16:30 (Fri until 16:00). We do work on Mondays, but we cannot be reached by phone. Because we depend on the post, some orders may take longer to arrive.
